| Mr. Sepe has been the Chief Operating Officer of Electro Networks (originally called Network Services Division of Electro Standards Laboratories) since November 1990. Mr. Sepe founded Electro Networks in 1988, a privately held full service voice and data network installation/integration company. Mr. Sepe has been responsible for high level Network Service accounts, and overall development of corporate strategic alliances, marketing strategies, and business development. A 1986 honors graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Sepe holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Sepe has more than 25 years experience in the telecommunication industry and entrepreneurial business development. He has achieved the distinction of Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) from BICSI, the internationally recognized technology standard professional organization. |

Walter Lonczak, RCDD

| Mr. Lonczak been the Director of Operations, Electro Networks (originally called Network Services of Electro Standards Laboratories) since July 1992. Mr. Lonczak oversees regional and national installation teams servicing and installing high-speed voice/data and fiber optic networks. Prior to this, Mr. Lonczak was Construction Manager for Spectrum Building Company, a high-end commercial/residential construction management firm. Graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 1982, Mr. Lonczak has his Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Development/ Urban Affairs. Mr. Lonczak has over 23 years experience in corporate operations and field management. He has achieved the distinction of Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) from BICSI, the internationally recognized technology standard professional organization. |
